Work against the local project when the site or trailer has no internet — then sync without rebuilding the job.
Doc-u-menT is offline-first. Desktop and field keep a local copy of the project. When the network drops, you keep navigating and you keep writing what that client allows. Pending work sits in a queue, not in a forgotten notepad.
Desktop queues a wide set of changes — tags, hierarchies, procedures, activities, documents, notable events — on the Offline Changes page, with retry and rollback. Field queues activity create, step complete, and sign-off, plus evidence files staged on the device. Reconnect, and both replay. You do not rebuild the project to catch up.
See what is waiting
Desktop Offline Changes lists pending operations and file uploads. Counts in the sidebar tell you the queue is not empty. Field shows pending uploads on the sync bar. That visibility is the difference between “we think it saved” and “we know what will go up next”.
What it does
