A mobile-first field companion to capture evidence, run checklists, and stay on the same project as desktop — including when the site has no useful signal.
The field app is an installable PWA for phone and tablet. After first load it can run without a network: tags, activities, and your queue are already on the device. You raise work, complete procedure steps, attach photo or video evidence, and sign off under the same witness and lock rules the desktop uses.
When connectivity returns, queued activity writes and staged evidence upload to the shared project. Desktop sees the same records — not a field-only sidecar database. Dashboards, drawing viewer, and template builder stay on desktop; site work stays fast.
Checklists and evidence on the tag
Open an activity, run the procedure steps, and attach evidence where the step asks for it. Sign-off waits until required steps are done and pending photo or video uploads have left the device. Witness points stay a separate signature from the assignee.
Phone act, desktop follow
Field and desktop share the project through the same backend. Complete a step on the phone and the desktop record updates when sync lands — no export, no second register. That live story is the point of the field companion, not a prettier form.
