Structured export

Data Hub

Pick entities and export a structured file — the current path out of the completions model. Not a public API.

Owners still want a spreadsheet. Data Hub is the honest export: choose tags, documents, procedures, each Tag Space type, each Work Space activity type, or notable events, then walk Fields → Related → Labels → Export.

Excel becomes a multi-sheet workbook with lookup links between related sheets. CSV packs multiple entities into a zip. List pages can open the same wizard with the current table filters applied. PDF handover packs and a public API are not this feature.

Choose the slice, then the file

The landing list is the register: core entities, each hierarchy type, each activity type, events. Counts are live. The wizard then stays boring on purpose — fields, joins, labels, format — so the file you hand to a completions manager is the slice they asked for.

Data Hub — pick entities, then walk the export wizard.

What it does

  • Export tags, documents, procedures, notable events, and every Tag Space or Work Space type
  • Wizard steps for columns, related entities, labels and attributes, then format
  • Excel workbooks with extra sheets and lookup formulas between them
  • CSV export as a zip when more than one entity is selected
  • Activity exports include status, planned and actual dates, assignee, procedure, and sign-off fields
  • Natural keys stay locked so related sheets can join
  • Preferences remembered per project
  • List-page Export uses the same wizard with current filters
  • Runs on the desktop client from the local project — usable offline once synced

Highlights

  • One hub instead of a scattered set of report buttons
  • CSV and Excel today — not PDF handover packs
  • Mirrors Tag Space and Work Space as they appear in the app
  • No public API or ops webhook in this path
