Completions Dashboards
The completions-manager suite: Overview, Gateway, Lookahead, and Progression — plus tags completeness and trend. Not only the certification matrix.
A matrix answers coverage. A manager still needs the room: what is complete versus planned, what is coming in the next weeks, and which packages are racing through ITR, DAC, and MC. Completions Dashboards is that suite, driven by project config so labels match the job.
Overview is the programme view — including the cumulative planned-versus-actual progress chart. Tags is register health and required-attribute completeness. Trend is status and label breakdowns. Gateway, Lookahead, and Progression are the execution close-ups.
The control room, not one chart
Certification Matrix stays as the gateway close-up and the procedure map. This page is the wider room: progress, completeness, lookahead, and the race down a package. If you only remember one dashboard, make it Overview plus Gateway.
What it does
- ✓Overview KPIs for completed versus planned work, with a cumulative progress chart
- ✓Tags tab for register counts and required-attribute completeness by hierarchy type
- ✓Trend tab for activity status, ITR and gateway label pies, and completion over time
- ✓Gateway dashboard for Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, and Handover coverage
- ✓Lookahead of planned-start work in configurable forward windows
- ✓Progression race: stage trails per package, including discipline pairing where configured
- ✓Readiness bucket strips on gateway and progression when the project uses readiness rules
- ✓Notable events overlay on the overview timeline
- ✓Tabs, stage names, and breakdown labels come from project configuration
Highlights
- • Six default tabs — Overview, Tags, Trend, Gateway, Lookahead, Progression
- • Progress chart is the programme planned-versus-actual view
- • Gateway and Progression share the same milestone vocabulary
- • Skyline and scheduled PDF reports are not this suite
