Template Builder
Design reusable ITR-style templates with structure, procedure steps, witness blocks, and print-ready sign-off.
Template Builder is the desktop editor for the paper a completions pack still has to produce. Author a document template with an ITR header, repeating header and footer, an embedded steps table, and signature sections — auto, auto with witness, or a manual list.
Steps themselves are defined on the procedure. The template references them at print time, with bindings to activity, tag, and procedure fields. Drafts save locally; publish writes a document revision. Print is browser HTML, not a closed PDF/A legal-signature product.
Build the form the pack will print
Insert the ITR header, drop in the steps block, choose whether witness lines appear, and preview against a real activity. The field team still executes in the app; this is the page you hand to the owner when they want the ITR on paper.
