ITR scoping
Procedure Detection & Scoping
See which ITRs and certifications apply to which tags — imported procedures, naming-based classification, and a matrix against tag space.
Scrape and import get tags into the register. Procedures decide what work those tags owe. Import ITR and certification sheets, let naming rules classify ITR-A, ITR-B, DAC, MC-1, PC-1, and HC-1, and assign activity type, target, and labels you can still override in review.
Procedure Hub then shows the map: a matrix of procedures against hierarchies, plus an on-demand coverage check for missing driver activities and progression gaps. This is scoping from imported procedures and naming rules — not reading completed ITR forms off a scan.
Import the register you already have
Procedure import lands in the same Prep Review as tags. This pass had no metadata sheet — 197 distinct names from 2,732 step rows. Status is New on upload, In DB with matching steps, or In DB with a mismatch you can Edit before Confirm.
Then see coverage on the matrix
After Confirm, Procedure Hub shows which procedures sit on which subsystems and equipment types. Coverage is the honest gap list before you generate activities or run progression.
What it does
- ✓Import procedures and procedure steps from CSV or Excel with ITR-aware column detection
- ✓Classify procedure names into ITR-A, ITR-B, DAC, and MC / PC / HC gateways from naming conventions
- ✓Auto-assign activity type, target, completion requirement, and labels — overridable in review
- ✓Detect which procedures apply to which tags and hierarchies via target conditions
- ✓Procedure Matrix shows direct and inherited coverage across a chosen tag-space type
- ✓Coverage runner reports missing driver activities and progression create or remove counts
- ✓Fill gaps can create missing drivers and then reconcile certification gates
- ✓Link imported procedures to the source spreadsheet revision
- ✓Template Builder sits in the same hub for printable ITR layouts
Highlights
- • Naming-based ITR / DAC / gateway classification on import
- • Matrix is procedure applicability, not live completion
- • Coverage is on-demand against project progression paths
- • Unknown names are left unclassified rather than guessed
